How we work

Decoding Change: 15 Years of Insight-Driven Methodology Enhanced by AI.

Understanding behaviour change

To understand how people change behaviours we have invested time and experience in developing our methodology. It is one that can efficiently capture and process high volumes of unstructured text in quantitative surveys to support skilled human analyst hypotheses.

We have been doing this for fifteen years.

AI has helped us with speed and scale for the last three.

1. Building the model

Modelling people's perception

Our unique assessment model, the ‘Tide Scale’, models respondents’ perception of impact upon their own economic status and wellbeing.

2. Research approach

Massqual data captured at scale and speed

We capture high volumes of qualitative data in the same survey
as quant, using the tried and tested massqual capabilities of the Decision Juice platform.

3. Evidence gathering

Evidence hypotheses supported by AI

AI LLM’s are deployed in two phases – as input to improve the survey responses and on output to mine evidence for the hypotheses we have created.

What happens when you participate?

It's simple!

1. You sign up

2. We share a custom survey

3. You get the results

Getting access to the data and the final report

The survey data, customised for your organisation, will be provided to you in an excel workbook, which will include an assessment on both the quantitative and qualitative output. This will include an overview summary of the impact of AI relevant to your organisation which should highlight areas for action.

The final stage of this initiative will be the creation of a consolidated report that will outline insight highlights from across all participant organisations.

This will be an accessible pdf report shared with all participant organisations which will give key business community insights across industries and sectors.
